Kristen K. Williams is a Subject-Matter Expert and a Professor of Psychology with over 15 years of experience designing and teaching in-person and online courses in the fields of psychology and education, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She has a strong commitment to facilitating student success and believes that solid course design sets the foundation for that. She has a passion for guiding others to success and an appreciation for developing inclusive courses is at the forefront of her work.

She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology in 2009 from Ball State University. She also holds a Masters Degree (2006) in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree (2005) in Psychological Sciences (Magna Cum Laude) from Ball State University. She has taught at public and private institutions, including 4-year and community colleges.

Her research, which addresses contextual factors related to student success, has been funded by the National Center for Education Statistics and published in multiple peer-reviewed journals.
